Pao de Queijo Caprese Panini

1 package Pão de Queijo
2 tablespoons fresh pesto
4 slices mozzarella cheese
2 small tomatoes
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Cook the Pão de Queijo as directed on the package and then set aside to cool. Once the are cooled you can slice them into halves.
Slice the tomatoes and set them aside.
Spread pesto sauce on the bottom of the Pão de Queijo.
Add a small slice of mozzarella cheese and tomato slice. Top that off with a drizzle of balsamic.
Put the top of the Pão de Queijo on and place on the panini press.
Press it down and grill the top and bottom for a few minutes. When they are a nice and golden brown with grill marks, take it off. Make as many as you desire.
