Skillet Pão de Queijo Chicken Pizza Dip

1 tablespoon olive oil
6-8 Pao de Queijo
1 cup alfredo sauce
½ cup sun dried tomatoes
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 chicken breast, pulled
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon chopped basil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a cast iron skillet and set aside.
In a bowl add the alfredo sauce, sun dried tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil and mozzarella cheese. Finally, add in the shredded or chopped up chicken breast. Give a final mix up.
Lay the Pão de Queijo around the skillet in a circle and then take half sliced and place them in the middle to lay a base for the sauce.
Pour the chicken alfredo mix into center filling it up. Top with some more chopped sun dried tomatoes and some fresh grated parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until bread balls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling. Serve right away while still hot.
