Cranberry & Pomegranate Bruschetta

[Cranberry Topping]

1 cup cranberries, washed

1 tablespoon raw honey

⅛ cup chopped cilantro and some for garnish

Orange zest, ½ orange

½ cup pomegranate arils, and some for topping

[Pão de Queijo crostini]

1 package Forno de Minas Pão de Queijo

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ cup whipped cream cheese


  1. Smash cranberries and mix with cilantro, honey, and pomegranate in a bowl.

  2. Bake the Pão de Queijo as directed. When they are cooked, let them cool and then, slice in halves.

  3. Spread a spoonful of whipped cream cheese over Forno balls. Add a scoop of cranberry sauce. Finally, top with fresh chopped cilantro, orange zest, and pomegranate arils.

  4. Enjoy.
