Pão de Queijo Mezze Board

Ingredients:

2 cups Muhammara, in a bowl

2 cups Baba Ganoush, in a bowl

1 cup assorted olives

1 cup dried fruit

1 cup sharp cheddar cubes

Sliced salami

1 package cooked Forno de Minas Pão de Queijo, for dipping

Fresh mint, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Cook the pão de queijo rolls as directed on the package and then set aside to cool.

  2. Assemble your mezze board by starting with the baba ganoush and muhammara in small bowls and then arranging everything else around the bowls in a beautiful way. Scatter the pão de queijo rolls around the board in different piles for eating and dipping.
