8 Forno De Minas Pão de Queijo

4 slices Provolone cheese, halved

¼ lb Salami


1 roma tomato, sliced

Red wine vinegar + olive olive for drizzle

Mayo, mustard

Olives, topping (optional)

Peppers, topping (optional)


  1. Cook 8 Pão de Queijo as directed on the back of the package. Set aside to cool and then slice in half.

  2. Assemble the sandwiches with mayo, mustard, cheese, salami, lettuce and tomato.

  3. Top them with olives and peppers if you desire and then give a drizzle with red wine vinegar and then place the top on and skewer them. Do this for all 8 mini sandwiches.
