Philly Cheese Steak Balls

Cook Time: 25 minutes
1 lb top sirloin steak, cut thin
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, sliced
4 oz baby bella mushrooms, sliced
Salt and pepper, seasoning
1 Package Forno de Minas Pão de Queijo
American or provolone cheese
2 tablespoon olive oil
Bake the Pão de Queijo as directed on the package. Set aside.
Chop onion, mushroom, and green pepper. Set aside.
Set meat aside until it’s at room temperature. Chop and toss over a flat top with olive oil. On one end of the surface, cook the onions, mushroom, and peppers. Let them cook down. Fold simultaneously. Season with salt and pepper.
Lay slices of American cheese on top of the pile and fold, mixing cheese in as it melts.
Slice the Pão de Queijo in half and begin making sandwiches. Place meat and cheese mix on bottom halves and top.
Serve right away and enjoy.
