Pão de Queijo “Pigs in a Blanket” with Mustard

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 15-20

Ingredients:

15-20 Forno De Minas Pão de Queijo

1 package of mini hot dogs

½ cup mustard, for dipping

½ cup ketchup, for dipping

Directions:

  1. Hollow out a hole through the Pão de Queijo rolls, big enough to fit the mini hot dog through. Do this for all of the rolls.

  2. Take the mini hot dogs and slide them into the rolls so their ends stick out on each side.

  3. Place them in the oven and bake for as long as directed on the back of the Pao de Queijo package, which will be long place on a serving platter and form them into the shape of a football.

  4. Draw on the football laces with mustard over the rolls.

  5. Serve with more mustard and ketchup.
