Baked Pao de Queijo & Pub Cheese Dip

Cook Time: 10 minutes
1 bag of Pão de Queijo Forno de Minas
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
⅔ cup pilsner beer
A few dabs of hot sauce (your choice)
Blend all the ingredients in a food processors.
Pulse it until mixed well and smooth.
Spoon the cheese out into a bowl and place in the fridge until you are ready to serve it.
In the meantime, cook the Pão de Queijo rolls as directed on the package and then slice them in half, or keep them whole. Serve them warm alongside your homemade pub cheese.
