Pão de Queijo Reuben

1 cup thousand island dressing

1 package Forno de Minas Pão de Queijo

½ cup sauerkraut

½ lb sliced swiss cheese

1 lb sliced Corned Beef

14 cup butter


  1. Cook 8 pão de queijo rolls according to the directions on the package.

  2. Slice in half and butter the bottoms of the rolls.

  3. Spread thousand island dressing on the bottom half, add sauerkraut and then a piece of Corned Beef. Do this for all the rolls and place them onto a lined baking tray.

  4. Place back in the oven and cook for 5 minutes to melt the cheese, then take out. Put the top on and skewer the sandwiches.

  5. Serve with pickles and chips.
