Pão de Queijo Roast Beef French Dip

1 lb cooked roast beef, sliced

4 sliced provolone cheese, cut into small pieces

6-8 Forno de Minas Pão de Queijo

½ cup au jus, for dipping


  1. Heat up a pan with  he gravy and add the sliced roast beef. Let that cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

  2. Cook the Pão de Queijo rolls as directed on the package and then slice them in half.

  3. Take the meat and place into the rolls.

  4. Top with a small piece of provolone cheese. Do this for all of the sandwiches.

  5. Place the top on and serve with a side of the au jus. Eat right away while nice and hot.
