Turkey Burger Sliders

4-6 Pão de Queijo rolls
1 lb ground turkey
¼ cup white onion, minced
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon salt
½ tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 sliced aged cheddar cheese
1 small bunch of arugula, topping
Heat grill on medium/high heat.
In a mixing bowl add the ground turkey, onion, pepper, salt, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and egg. Mix well with your hands and then form into golf sized balls. Gently press them down to form into mini burgers.
Place the patties down on the grill and grill for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through. When they are cooked through, take off the heat, put a slice of cheese on the patty, and put the lid on the grill for 1 minute to melt the cheese.
Slice the Pão de Queijo rolls in half to use the bottom half as your burger bun. Place the meat slider on the bottom half and top with a bit of arugula. Place the top of the Pão de Queijo on to the slider. Use a toothpick to hold together or keep them as they are.
Serve right away while nice and hot.
